BOOKING DEPOSIT: A deposit of $500.00 is required at the time of booking. Dates are reserved only when this deposit is paid by EMT, cheque, or money order. Please make cheques payable to Terry Rice. PAYMENTS: The client agrees to timely payment. In event of payment default, client is responsible for (but not limited to) bad check fees, collection costs, certified mailing, lawyer's fees, and court costs. TRAVEL FEES: All travel fees must be paid in full, four (4) weeks before the wedding date. BALANCE PAYMENT: A balance payment will be made four (4) weeks before the collection of wedding images. REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATION: Deposits are refunded if I am able to book another wedding for the same date and time. REPRODUCTION: The clients agree that neither will permit reproduction of any photographs for any purpose without the express permission of Terry Rice. Terry Rice may display prints on the exterior or interior of his studio and reproduce photographs for his own brochures, web site, photography competitions and portfolios. EXCLUSIVITY: Terry Rice photography shall be the sole professional (still) photographer at the venues specified. I do however positively encourage family, friends, and other guests to take photographs throughout the day as long as they don’t interfere with the shooting of the photographer or in cases where studio lighting is being used. FAILURE TO PERFORM: If the photographer cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer's illness, then the Photographer shall return the deposit to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client's order. PRICE PROTECTION: The Photographer warrants that all prices quoted for wedding packages (excluding enlargements) are guaranteed for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date of booking.

Terry Rice’s lens has captured politicians, celebrities, numerous couples, families and over 500 weddings since 1999. Terry’s photos have been published in PEOPLE Magazine, HELLO, The Toronto Star, Flare, and FASHION Magazine – among many others. Terry’s professional experience extends beyond the world of lifestyle photography. He has worked for the past six seasons as assistant House Seat Photographer for Toronto Fashion Week (LG Fashion Week and World Master Card Fashion Week) with the great George Pimentel.
Terry’s versatility extends to the world of PR and Marketing/Advertising where he lends his creative flare to brands like Glenfiddich Scotch Whiskies, Febreze (P&G), Nestlé, Scotia Bank and Shoppers Drug Mart. Much of his work can been seen in store and in many print ads.
Terry has also stepped into a variety of roles at large-scale events and awards shows, making use of his background in public relations and event management. In PR, photography, and production capacities, Terry has worked at The Toronto International Film Festival, Juno Awards, The Gemini Awards, and many entertainment assignment for Getty Images and Wireimage.
